THE BODY–SWING CONNECTION
What could your body
be telling you?
The most important tool in golf is not the club, it's your body. Its mobility, stability and strength influence the movements available to you.
Characteristics of your swing often reflect physical limitations and the adjustments your body makes to work around them. Biomechanical analysis and physical screening is the ticket to uncovering them, facilitating their correction.
Understanding what may be contributing gives us a clearer direction for exercise, with the aim of helping you move more freely, improve performance and play more comfortably.

GOOD QUESTIONS
Before you
get started.
Do I need to be a good golfer?
No. This is a physical assessment for golfers of any ability, focused on how your body moves and how that relates to your swing.
Is this a golf lesson?
No. The assessment focuses on the physical side of your swing and complements your golf lessons. With your permission, Samuel will contact your golf professional to discuss the assessment findings and seek their input. Technical swing instruction remains the role of your golf professional.
What space and equipment do I need?
We’ll discuss a suitable space and safe swing arrangements before confirming your session. A 5-iron and 6-iron will be used during the assessment.
What if I have pain or an injury?
Pain or an injury doesn’t necessarily rule out an assessment. If you’re unsure whether it’s suitable for you, please discuss this with Sam beforehand.
